La Strada produces very high yields of bold bright tubers early in the season. La Strada has an average dry matter and a pleasant taste and texture.

 

La Strada produces high yields early in the season (95-105

days). In early baker trials La Strada out yielded Marfona

(130%). When grown as a maincrop La Strada yielded 145%

of Estima crops. La Strada flourishes in hot climates

consistently out-performing other varieties in its class.
